Dr Hesham Shoaib
Partner in Ensat. CPA holder with over 20 years of experience in the training field. Gives online and in-class sessions locally and internationally.
Mr Hesham Shoaib has earned a reputable name in the finance and accounting consultancy and Training field. Mr Hesham works as a freelance trainer with several well-known accounts, amongst which are: CIB, AAIB, Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Emirates NBD, Audi Bank, ABK, SAIB, BNP Paribas, Barclays Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Delta Rasmala, and Inco. Lease, Sekem, Arma Food Industries, DE International, AUC, Arab Academy for Banking & Financial Sciences, ESLSCA Business School, EBI and Shindy & Associates. On the international level, Mr Hesham delivers training courses in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Sudan. Mr Hesham conducts many training courses, including but not limited to IFRS, Accounting, Spreading and Financial Analysis Modules of the Credit Course, Advanced Accounting, Budgeting & Planning, Finance for Non-financials, Cash Flow Management, Cash Flow Analysis, and Accounting for Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr Hesham has worked as a Senior Financial Consultant and as an External Auditor in MSI and KPMG successively.
Ahmed Salah
CIA holder with over 15 years of experience in internal audit and control.
Mr. Ahmed Salah started his internal audit career 20 years ago. He earned the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) in 2007. With 20 years of experience in the field of internal audit with one of the biggest multinational companies in the world , Mr. Ahmed now is a regional internal audit manager in his company, plus his work as a professional free-lance trainer. Mr. Ahmed Salah has earned a reputable name in the field of Consultancy and Training. Mr. Ahmed works as a free-lance trainer in the field of internal audit and control with several well-known and reputable organizations in Egypt, amongst which are: CIB Bank, Social Fund For Development – Egypt, QNB bank, Oil and Gas Skills ( OGS). Mr. Ahmed conducts many training courses including but not limited to CIA certificates, Internal Control, Internal Audit, and Governance.
Ahmed Diab
Mr Diab is a former trainer at Ensat Egypt. He is a certified Credit Analyst from ESLSCA Business School and a certified Portfolio Manager from EIMA School. He is also a holder of a certificate of Financial Accounting from the New York Institute of Finance, CFA – Level 1, and ESTA professional program – Level 1.
Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section, Ain Shams University, Mr Diab is currently working as a Senior Manager, Business Development at Arab African Investment Management. Mr Ahmed Diab has over 20 years of experience in the banking, asset management, financial & investment analysis sectors. Mr Diab worked at AAIM as Head of Operations for 5 years prior to his current position. Besides being a core trainer on a freelance basis with Ensat, Mr Diab also conducts training courses at CFA Society Egypt, Egyptian Banking Institute, ESLSCA Business School, German Arab Chamber for Industry and Commerce and Egyptian Investment Management Association.
